We are a startup and a very small team. We will always try to process your orders as fast as possible, but cannot operate at the speed of large companies. But look at the bright side, with your help, we will get bigger, and afford our own shipping department! Very exciting stuff…

Shipping & Return Policy

Delivery Time
Delivery Time is dependent on the following factors:

  1. Availability: We do not guarantee that all products are in stock at all times. If  product that you have ordered is not available, we will notify you via email or the website. In some cases we may make it available for backorder.
  2. The method of delivery: We deliver via UPS and Aramex. Your delivery options include Regular Service and Expedited Service.
  3. The address where the product is being delivered.Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on “business” days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it’s impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all shipping outlets are closed.

littleBits is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen products or for delivery delays. If you experience delivery delays or a lost, damaged or stolen product, please contact the shipping company and file a claim. Please e-mail us at info[AT]littlebits.cc to obtain any tracking information you may need in order to pursue your claim the shipping company.

Calculating Cost
Shipping costs are based on standards and based on the weight of your package.

International Shipping
If you’d like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, you may do so on our website. Depending on the country you are shipping to, you may have to pay customs, taxes, clearance or other extra fees COD. We do not control these fees and are not able to help with them.

If you have not received your shipment, please contact info[AT]littleBits.cc with the subject “order number [Your Order Number]. You may get your order number from the invoice that was emailed to you.

Order Modification & Cancellation
Depending on how you placed an order, it goes through a processing queue between our e-commerce platform and our fulfillment center. Please make sure to double check your order before you check out, we cannot modify orders once they have been placed.

Returns
We can only accept returns of unopened kits, bits and other products, within 14 days of receipt. We wish we could, but we do not cover return shipment. Important Note: It is your responsibility to pack and package the returned product appropriately and with enough dunnage and protection so that it arrives undamaged. We will not be able to refund any products that arrive damaged to our location.

All returns are credited as store credit upon receipt. Contact us at info[AT]littleBits.cc with the subject “order number [Your Order Number] if you have issues and we promise to help out as best we can!

After you email us at info[AT]littleBits.cc and receive confirmation to do so, please send your returned item, properly packaged, to our address listed here. You should include in the package a printout of your order confirmation annotated with your reason for return, otherwise we will not be able to process it.

Warranty Information
We work very hard to deliver the highest quality products to you. If you have any problems with your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do all we can to correct the situation. Please do not wait more than 14 days after receipt to report problems or defective products, we will not be able to service the report. All merchandise returns for a refund or credit must be within 14 days in new, resalable condition.
