Stare at the littleBits circuit for some time and try to feel the effect of bargraph lights on you.
Imagine that 3 green lights represent balance. A state of mind where you feel happy, effective, and connected with the present. How are you feeling right now?
Let's say that the feeling of the clock chasing you, caused some stress. If that's the case, you should turn the dimmer clockwise. Adjusting the lights of the bargraph to match your feelings.
Now, take a Post-It Note and write down the cause of stress. Keep in mind that the ideal is to return to your own balance, so take some time to relax or move on, but don't forget your slow conciousness, that is there to help you.
Hopefully, you found your way back to equilibrium. So you should adjust the lights of the bargraph, and write down what helped you slow down.
Keep working on this excercise. The first times, it will require a lot of retrospection, trying to figure out what led you down or made you feel stressed. But as you add more Post-It Notes, you are completing a map, that in the future will help you find your own balance easily. Because it will be full of advices on how to make you feel better. As well as alerts of things you should avoid for not loosing your center.
If you feel like taking the slow consciousness with you everywhere, just make it wearable. Not only this will help you sustain your own balance, but also other people will know how you are feeling, and help you in the way you need it.
