What We Do.

We’re an open-source, well-funded, fast-growing startup based in New York City.  We’ve been featured on CNN, acquired by MoMA for the museum’s permanent collection, partnered with KORG and been called “LEGO for the iPad generation” by Bloomberg TV. littleBits is the most easy to use and extensive hardware library available. We’ve launched 9 Kits and over 45 Bits, won over 25 toy awards, including Parents Choice Gold Awards and Best of Toy Fair 2012. We are featured in a TED talk with over 700k views, closed our Series B round of financing with an amazing lineup of investors, and partnered with a world class manufacturing and supply chain leader to go global. And we’re not tired one bit! Hungry for more? Check out our about page.

Our team is growing and we’re looking for superstars who believe in our mission!

Sweet headquarters

We have a large, open loft space conveniently located in the heart of Greenwich Village, flexible work hours, and the coolest team around.

Whether its tips on dropbox or crafting with the laser cutter, play is at the center of what we do. We regularly have play sessions with our product and set up "Lunch 'n Learns" where we share what we know with each other.

So many goodies

  • a workshop fully equipped with radiation emission testers, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, microscope, microchip and soldering irons galore
  • a laser cutter + 3D printers
  • an endless crafty supply with everything from bamboo pieces to googly eyes

We're a group of mission-driven artists + musicians + makers + geeks ready to change the world!
