What We Do.

We’re an open-source, well-funded, fast-growing startup based in New York City.  We’ve been featured on CNN, acquired by MoMA for the museum’s permanent collection, partnered with KORG and been called “LEGO for the iPad generation” by Bloomberg TV. littleBits is the most easy to use and extensive hardware library available. We’ve launched more than 5 kits and nearly 60 bits, won over 25 awards, including an IDEA Gold AwardParents Choice Gold Awards, Maker Faire Educator Choice Awards,  Best of Toy Fair, and we’ve been to the White House. We are featured in a TED talk with over 700k views, closed our Series B round of financing with an amazing lineup of investors, and partnered with a world class manufacturing and supply chain leader to go global. We have a huge, open loft space located in Chelsea with beautiful views of the Hudson, flexible work hours, and the coolest team around.

Play

Whether its tips on dropbox or crafting with the laser cutter, play is at the center of what we do. We regularly have play sessions with our product and set up "Lunch 'n Learns" where we share what we know with each other.
